Tasting Notes

Garnet in colour. Perfumed on the nose with sweet lychee and strawberry aromatics. A blend between two regions. The Yarra Valley signature is more obvious on the front palate. The Central Otago characteristics come through mid palate, adding another level of dimension to the wine. It gives it abit more oomph & adds some grittier boldness. Smooth and lingering on the palate

Food Pairing

Confit duck leg with gnocchi with shaved parmesan; baked forest mushrooms stuffed with black olive risotto; Summer Alpine Comte cheese; Ossau Iraty sheep’s milk cheese; char grilled eggplant, red capsicum and polenta with salsa verde.
